This is a simple dish that you can find in any Thai restaurant. This dish is named Pad See Eew. It is easy to make and takes just 10 minutes to cook. You can use chicken or beef but for my recipe I will use Sushi crab sticks. You need to cook the meat with minced garlic before adding the rice noodles, but for Sushi crab sticks you can add them just before the cooking is done.
-Pour some vegetable oil on a hot pan then add some minced garlic then add the flat rice noodles and add all sauces listed below (Good Pad See Eew needs a lot of fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, black soy sauce, and sugar) You can observe from the color and taste. They should look very dark brown.
-Add 3 eggs in the middle of the pan and stir them gently for 10 seconds on high heat then start mixing them with noodles and add 4 tbs of each sauce listed below
-Add some Sushi crab sticks, white pepper, and watercress at the end then stir them together for 30 seconds and then it is ready to serve

Ingredients
One pack of fresh flat rice noodles
1 bulb of garlic
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
10 sticks of sushi crab sticks
Some watercress or optionally you can use Chinese broccoli or cauliflower to make it more authentic
3 eggs
7 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
7 tbsp of black soy sauce
2 tsp of sugar
5 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tsp of fine white pepper

This is a quick cooking dish and very healthy.I love to eat stir fried watercress with jasmine rice as a diet meal and still enjoy eating it a lot.It is a light meal but also tasty from fresh garlic, fresh chilies and sauces.
-Put 5 cloves of garlic and fresh chilies in a mortar and pestle then mix them together but not too minced, use the picture as a guide
-Wok fry garlic and chilies with over medium heat then add watercress in a hot pan and then turn the gas up to high
-Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, and seasoning sauce in a hot wok and stir them together but don’t over cook the watercress. The secret is the high heat and quick stir fry.

Ingredients
2 bunches of watercress
5 cloves of garlic
4 fresh chilies
5 tbs of oyster sauce
4 tbs of fish sauce
4 tbs of seasoning sauce

This is one of my favorite meals, I am totally addicted to it. It is also one of my best family recipes. You won’t find this dish in any Thai restaurant in the USA because it is too authentic a Thai dish.
-Boil water in a pot with high heat
-Marinate pork ribs with white soy sauce, black soy sauce, fish sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, garlic, and white pepper
-Cut the preserved cabbage (you can buy a pack of preserved cabbage from Chinatown)
-Slice one head of garlic and pan fry them on the lowest heat until they turn brown then leave them to cool down in a bowl. Be careful not to burn them.
-After everything is prepared, put marinated pork ribs in a pot, cut preserved cabbage, white pepper, and put in all the sauces listed below
-Boil Pork ribs over medium heat for an hour until the pork ribs are tender, then you can add some more sauces to make the broth taste richer

Ingredients
Whole spare rib,cut them into pieces (marinate them with 5 tbs of each of the sauces listed below)
Boil water on high heat and add all sauces listed below in to hot water
One head of garlic (Pan fry them until they turn brown)
1/2 cup of white soy sauce
1/2 of black soy sauce
1/3 of fish sauce
1/4 of maggi seasoning sauce

This is a mix between Western and Asian flavors. I love the combination of the spaghetti and the Thai spicyness. It is also easy to find the ingredients from a regular grocery store.
-Boil the spaghetti and then prepare the ingredients, mince fresh chilis, chopped garlic, and a chopped shallot
-Pour some oil on a pan and pan fry all herbs together with slices of chicken, then add cooked spaghetti and add all the sauces listed below
-Once everything is mixed together then add Thai basil and stir for 5 seconds

Ingredients
5 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
3 chopped fresh chilis
Basil (I prefer a lot of basil)
Spaghetti
1 cup of sliced chicken

<img data-attachment-id='84' data-orig-size='3456,2592' data-liked='0'width="150" height="112" src="http://birdseyechili.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/img_6941.jpg?w=150&h=112" class="attachment-thumbnail" alt="Modern Spicy Thai Salad" title="Modern Spicy Thai Salad" />

This is my own recipe. I love to make them as they are healthy and super light and it is also dilicious with a Thai spicy flavor.
-Prepare one green apple and make the julian cut
-Prepare some watercress (you can buy them from Chinatown) or add other type of soft textured vegtable
-Marinate beef with oyster sauce, white soy sauce, Maggi seasoning and sprinkle blended, roasted, sticky rice on beef then grill the beef for 1 minute each side then cut them into slices and leave them in a bowl
-Cut a shallot in thin slices and mince small fresh chilis (you can mince 2 chilis, but for me I use 4 chilis or more because I’m used to very spicy food). Be carefull about the amount of chilis you use so as to make it a spicyness you can handle
-Crack Thai palm sugar and mix it together with mince chilis, fish sauce and lemon juice and then mix everything together in a big bowl until the salad has a juicey look

Ingredients
1 cut of beef
1/3 lb of beef
1 green apple
Some watercress
1 shallot
Small green chilis
2 tbs of blended roasted sticky rice
Half of a sugar palm (you can buy Thai sugar palm from Thai grocery store online)
3 tbs of fish sauce
2 tbs of lemon juice
