Green Curry Spaghetti

This is a mix between Asian and Western cooking. There is a complex taste of spiciness and a delicate taste from the pasta. I am sure you will love this dish. It is easy to cook just like other pasta dishes but it is a special pasta that is unlike any others.
- Boil the pasta, meanwhile start cooking the curry
- Cut chicken in a small strips, sliced mushrooms, big dices of Japanese radish and Thai basil
- Pour 3 tbsp spoons of vegetable oil on a big pan and then put 4 tbsp of green curry paste on a pan, fry the curry paste for 2 minutes on a medium heat
- Pour 3/4 of a can of coconut milk on a hot pan and turn the gas to a high heat then put Japanese radish and stir for 4 minutes
- Put the chicken on a hot pan and stir them for a minute then add a cup of water with the curry and then add all the sauces listed below
- Add the rest of coconut milk then stir them for 2 minutes then add mushrooms and Thai basil
- Mix cooked spaghetti on a curry pan and stir them together until it is well mixed

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
Thai basil
Bell mushrooms
Japanese radish
1 quarter of a palm sugar cake
4 tbsp of green curry paste
5 tbsp of fish sauce
5 tbsp of white soy sauce
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 can of coconut milk
