Flat Rice Noodle with Sushi Crab Sticks

This is a simple dish that you can find in any Thai restaurant. This dish is named Pad See Eew. It is easy to make and takes just 10 minutes to cook. You can use chicken or beef but for my recipe I will use Sushi crab sticks. You need to cook the meat with minced garlic before adding the rice noodles, but for Sushi crab sticks you can add them just before the cooking is done.
-Pour some vegetable oil on a hot pan then add some minced garlic then add the flat rice noodles and add all sauces listed below (Good Pad See Eew needs a lot of fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, black soy sauce, and sugar) You can observe from the color and taste. They should look very dark brown.
-Add 3 eggs in the middle of the pan and stir them gently for 10 seconds on high heat then start mixing them with noodles and add 4 tbs of each sauce listed below
-Add some Sushi crab sticks, white pepper, and watercress at the end then stir them together for 30 seconds and then it is ready to serve

Ingredients
One pack of fresh flat rice noodles
1 bulb of garlic
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
10 sticks of sushi crab sticks
Some watercress or optionally you can use Chinese broccoli or cauliflower to make it more authentic
3 eggs
7 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
7 tbsp of black soy sauce
2 tsp of sugar
5 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tsp of fine white pepper
