Grilled chicken curry sandwich
This is a special sandwich that is unlike other sandwiches that you ever had. It is my creation that i just made it up today after I got back from school.
-Marinate chicken strips in Masamun curry, chinese curry powder, sugar, maggi, soy sauce, peanut butter and coconut milk then leave them in a fridge for an hour before you grill them
-Season the mushrooms with black pepper, salt and olive oil
-Prepare some watercress
-Prepare white bread and put butter on one side of each slice before toasting them
Ingredients
One chicken breast (Cut them in big strips)
4 tsp of chinese curry powder
2 tsp of sugar
2 tbs of soy sauce
2 tbs of peanut butter
1/2 of coconut milk
1 tbs of Masamun curry paste
Some watercress
Some mushrooms
1 tsp of black pepper (for mushrooms)
1/2 tsp of salt (for mushrooms)
3 tbs of olive oil (for mushrooms)
