Pork Ribs broth with preserved cabbage
This is one of my favorite meals, I am totally addicted to it. It is also one of my best family recipes. You won’t find this dish in any Thai restaurant in the USA because it is too authentic a Thai dish.
-Boil water in a pot with high heat
-Marinate pork ribs with white soy sauce, black soy sauce, fish sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, garlic, and white pepper
-Cut the preserved cabbage (you can buy a pack of preserved cabbage from Chinatown)
-Slice one head of garlic and pan fry them on the lowest heat until they turn brown then leave them to cool down in a bowl. Be careful not to burn them.
